Nestled inside the Floral Market, Rosalie’s Cup was born from the memory of my grandmother, Rosalie. She was the kind of person who could make anything grow. Her gardens were filled with vibrant blooms, carefully tended through every season with patience, dedication, and an abundance of love. Whether it was a single flower bed or an entire garden, she poured her heart into every plant she nurtured.

One of my favorite memories of Rosalie is seeing her walk through those gardens with a steaming cup of coffee in hand. She would pause to admire a flower that had just bloomed, pull a weed here and there, or simply enjoy the beauty she had worked so hard to create. Those quiet moments reflected who she was—someone who found joy in the little things and appreciated the beauty of everyday life.

As I dreamed about creating a coffee shop within the Floral Market, I couldn’t think of a more fitting inspiration. Rosalie’s Cup is our way of honoring her legacy and sharing a piece of her story with our community.

Today, guests can enjoy a variety of handcrafted coffee drinks, including refreshing cold brews, bold Americanos, creamy lattes, and indulgent white chocolate mochas.
